The Danielle MacKinnon School Affiliate Program is by invitation only. The following terms and conditions govern your participation in the program, whether you are the merchant (“we”, “merchant” or “Danielle MacKinnon”) or an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) referring customers to purchase products or services from the merchant.
By joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree in full, you are not authorized to register or participate as an affiliate in the Program.
1. Registration Approval
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. Rejection of an application is final, and you will have no legal recourse against the decision.
2. Affiliate Links
Affiliate links are automatically generated for you, and you can also create links for specific products or courses in the Affiliate Portal. If a user clicks on multiple affiliate links, the most recent one clicked will take precedence.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a commission based on the structure outlined in the CPP Affiliate Hub in Mighty Networks.
Only new customer purchases are eligible for commission; customers who have previously purchased from Danielle MacKinnon (this includes Danielle MacKinnon, MacKinnon Media, Inc., the Be Open Community, or the Danielle MacKinnon School) are not commissionable. Purchases must be made through your affiliate link. Please guide your clients to use the affiliate link as the link it required for payment.
Commissions are paid out 90 days after a purchase.
4. Payment
To receive payment, affiliates must provide a valid PayPal account during registration. Payments are only issued for completed transactions, subject to our fair use policy. Orders that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be eligible for commission.
5. Marketing Assets
We provide promotional materials, including graphics and text, for affiliates to use. These assets can be used to promote your affiliate links across online platforms such as your website or social media channels. You can access these assets through the CPP Affiliate Hub in Mighty Networks.
6. Cookie Tracking
We use cookies to track visitors who click on your affiliate link. Please note that tracking requires cookies to be enabled on the user’s device. If cookies are disabled or cleared, we cannot track the referral, and commissions cannot be paid.
The tracking cookie lasts for 30 days. If a user makes a purchase within this period, you will earn a commission.
7. Program Removal
Affiliates may opt-out of the program at any time by contacting CPP@daniellemackinnon.com.
