WELCOME to the Soul Level Business 202 course at the Danielle MacKinnon School (DMS).

The information presented in this program is educational and provided only as general information and entertainment. By attending this program, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless MacKinnon Media, Inc. and its owners from and against any and all claims which you, or your representatives may have for loss, damage, or injury of any kind arising in connection to this program.

I can receive a full refund for the price paid if I notify MacKinnon Media Inc. within 10 days of the first class that I would like to drop the class. The drop date for this class is October 28, 2023. Notification must come through email sent to the following address: school@daniellemackinnon.com. (Social media messages and other methods cannot be honored.) I understand that if I drop the class, I will no longer have access to any of the class content or the group forum.
I will be recorded on video during group webinar calls within the program. This constitutes my release for those recordings.
I give permission for my email address to be shared with my classmates (only) on the Course website so that I can work with homework partners.
I understand that Danielle MacKinnon will teach the six lessons that are part of this class. DMS Teaching Assistants will lead the check-in calls and group forum after the teaching portion of the class is complete.
My behavior in the class, including the group forum, must always be conscientious, supportive, helpful, and sincere. I understand that if I behave negatively towards another student, Teaching Assistant or anyone associated with MacKinnon Media, Inc., I will be immediately removed from the program, all access to the class and content, with no refund, and that removals of this nature will be made at the discretion of MacKinnon Media, Inc.
I understand that I will continue to have access to my class for one year after the final date of the class. After that time, the class will be out-of-date and no longer accessible via the system.
I must pass this course, according to the course requirements listed on my Course Dashboard. If I do not meet those requirements by the deadline, I will not pass this course and will forfeit the opportunity to become one of Danielle Certified Practitioners.
If I have any concerns I will notify Danielle via email at school@daniellemackinnon.com immediately.
