SOUL LEVEL BUSINESS 202
MACKINNON MEDIA, INC. Contract

WELCOME to the Soul Level Business 202 course at the Danielle MacKinnon School (DMS). 

This course is designed to guide you in setting up and building your Soul Level Animal Communication™ business as you work toward certification. Before we begin, it’s important to ensure we’re aligned on key details, expectations, and the process for becoming certified. By signing below, you'll confirm that you understand and agree to the terms of this course.

I understand that:

1. Understanding the Course Intent: The information in this program is for educational purposes only and is meant to support your growth as a Soul Level business. It is not intended to provide legal, tax, or financial advice, and I acknowledge that I should consult appropriate professionals for any such advice.

   By attending this program, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Danielle MacKinnon School, MacKinnon Media, Inc. and its owners from any claims related to loss, damage, or injury arising from this program.

2. REFUND POLICY: I understand that I can receive a full refund for the course price if I notify MacKinnon Media, Inc. within 10 days of the first live webinar. Notification must be received on or before October 23, 2026.
    
   Refund requests must be sent by email to customerservice@daniellemackinnon.com. (Messages via social media or other platforms won’t be accepted.) If I drop the class, I understand I will lose access to all course content and the group forum.
   
   
3. Video and Audio Recording Consent: I understand that elements of the course will be recorded. If I choose to have my webcam and microphone on during live classes, I give consent for my image and voice to be used in these recordings.
   
   
4. Business Setup Costs: I understand that while the Soul Level Business 202 course provides guidance on setting up my business, I may incur additional optional costs outside of the course at my discretion. These could include, but are not limited to:

   Purchasing a domain name or website hosting, paying for professional headshots, purchasing business cards etc.

5. Certification Requirements: I have reviewed and understand the full requirements for certification, as outlined on Soul Level Certification Program Page.
   
   I understand that to become a Certified Soul Level practitioner®, I must first complete all course deliverables and submit them by the deadline of February 23, 2027 to be reviewed by the Danielle MacKinnon School. 
   
   Upon successful completion and review of my course deliverables, I will be invited to join the Certified Practitioner Program Membership (CPP) which marks and maintains my certification.
   
   
6. Behavior Expectations: I understand that my behavior in the class, including the group forum, must always be thoughtful, supportive, and respectful. If I behave negatively toward another student or anyone associated with MacKinnon Media, Inc., publicly or privately, I may be dismissed from the program, lose access to all course content, and no refund will be given.
   
   Removals of this nature are made at the discretion of MacKinnon Media, Inc.
   
   
7. Personal Accountability for Progress: I understand that my progress in this course is a shared responsibility between myself and the support provided by the Danielle MacKinnon School. While the course offers guidance through live webinars, the online forum, and feedback calls, I acknowledge that it’s up to me to actively engage in these opportunities by attending webinars, sharing my work in the community for timely feedback, and engaging throughout the course. 
   
   
8. Respect for Intellectual Property: I acknowledge that all course materials, including videos, written content, and resources, are the intellectual property of Danielle MacKinnon and MacKinnon Media, Inc. I agree not to copy, share, or distribute these materials without explicit written permission.
   
   I understand that I may not use the title "Soul Level XXX®" or represent myself as certified until I have successfully completed the 202 course and joined the Certified Practitioner Program Membership. I agree not to advertise or offer SLAC services using this title until I am officially certified.
   
   
9. Course Access: I understand that, provided that I am in good standing with the Danielle MacKinnon School, I will continue to have access to my class materials for one year after the final date of the class.
